Today is the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty. To
honour the day, we’ve added a white wrist band, the symbol of the
world-wide campaign against poverty, to the CUPE logo on our website.
Click on the logo and you’ll get a short explanation of the day and
links to websites where you can get involved in the effort to end
world poverty.
Keep your eyes on the CUPE logo in future too, as we’ll be marking
other such special days (as listed on our events page) similarly.
