The strike by Toronto’s hydro workers is over and a tentative agreement has been reached to end a strike by the city’s educational support workers.

The hydro workers voted to end their strike on Friday, March 12 with a ratification vote of 94 per cent. They are members of CUPE Local One.

Also on Friday, March 12, the education workers reached a tentative agreement which will be put to a ratification vote this weekend (March 20-21). The education workers are members of Local 4400.
