CUPE’s website lists all its content using the RSS standard (Really Simple Syndication).
This allows web surfers to subscribe to cupe.ca - or just a particular topic or “keyword” - using any sort of RSS-aware software such as RSS-Bandit, Bloglines or Thunderbird.
