VANCOUVERThe strike of 240 emergency dispatchers at E-Comm is not over.
At the request of the mediator, we have scaled back our strike action, said Meena Cheema, spokesperson for CUPE Local 873. We are in the process of taking a membership vote on the employers final offer for settlement.
Vote results will be made available next Wednesday, September 5.
