    • Develop an action plan for better health.
  5. Housing and community services
    • Discuss the kinds of housing that older Canadians like.
    • Review the housing options you have after retirement.
    • Look at the cost of housing in your community.
    • Identify the kinds of community services that offer support to seniors.
  6. Relationships and changing lifestyles
    • Discuss stress and identify how change contributes to stress.
    • Identify ways to achieve good mental health.
  7. Legal affairs
    • Make a list of all your assets (what you own).
    • Decide on questions to ask a guest speaker.
  8. Free time and leisure
    • Recognize the difference between the “work clock” and the “retirement clock”.
    • Make a list of the kinds of activities you might be involved in when you retire.
    • Examine the idea of a “good activity”.
