Dear Sisters and Brothers:
As we do before every National Convention, CUPE will hold a library sector meeting at the Vancouver Convention Centre on October 30, 2011, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (noon)
The meeting will provide a forum to discuss several key issues, including privatization, that affect the provision of quality public library services across the country. The issues impacting the sector will be highlighted and discussed by way of provincial/regional reports and panel presentations.
