LIVERPOOL, NS – A tentative agreement has been reached for 35 home support workers at the Region of Queen’s Home Support.

CUPE National Representative Larry Power says the union made substantive gains on all the major, provincial issues.

Members of CUPE Local 3885 will meet early next week to hold a ratification vote on the agreement.

The main issues in dispute were wages, hours of work and benefits.
