Paul Moist, National President of the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE), will speak to local labour leaders about the threat of using a P3 (public-private partnership) to build the proposed new arena in Cornwall, Ontario. CUPE has had a great deal of experience dealing with such projects and has taken a strong stance against such costly and flawed enterprises.
