MPP will cover Approaching Retirement which is interactive with plenty of time for discussion and a chance to ask questions.
You will cover the following:
- Choosing your best pension option
- Life stages around retirement
- Retirement Checklist
- Retirement application process
- Income and expense worksheets
- Implications of returning to work
Each participant will receive a handbook to take home.
The MPP presenter goes over their presentation on Friday, November 17 from 9:00am -10:30am, and CPP/OAS from 1:00pm – 3:00pm.
In response to the health concerns of our members and staff, CUPE has implemented a Scent-Free Policy at all of our workshops. Scented products such as hair spray, perfume and deodorant can trigger reactions such as respiratory distress and headaches.
