WINDSOR, ON - A tentative agreement was reached late Wednesday night between CUPE 2067 and Windsor Public Library, following a marathon bargaining meeting with the assistance of a provincial mediator, says the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE), representing 62 frontline library workers.

“We are relieved that we were able to reach a tentative agreement and our members will continue to provide library services that our community rely on,” said Amanda Meloche, spokesperson for CUPE 2067.

No further details or comments will be made until the library workers review and vote on the tentative contract.
