After months of negotiations, Air Canada flight attendants rejected a tentative agreement at the beginning of August. Earlier this week, they voted overwhelmingly – at a level of 98 per cent – for a strike mandate. After a decade of concessions, flight attendants have shown how serious they are.

Air Canada flight attendants are clear: they would rather keep flying and serving the public. But for that, they need a fair deal from the company.
