 investigating workplace problems
 filing a grievance
 meeting with management
 dealing with workplace complaints
Plus, you’ll be completing the SLS module: Handling Grievances

SLS - Handling Grievances

In this module stewards teach each other “best practices” and share strategies for handling difficult grievances.
