What: Announcement of a court challenge to compel the federal government to live up to its obligations under the Canada Health Act

Why: The federal government has for too long been dodging its responsibilities under the Canada Health Act. This negligence puts our public health care system in jeopardy.

Canadian Health Coalition, will be announcing their intention to launch legal action in federal court to force the federal government to comply with the Canada Health Act.
