Our Proposal for Curbside Recycling in Regina is a CUPE Local 21 presentation to City of Regina Council made on October 17, 2011.
CUPE Local 21, outside workers at the City of Regina, outline why the city should ensure its new curbside recycling program is delivered publicly. Public delivery is more cost-effective and provides the city with flexibility to adjust the program as public needs or priorities change.
