The Retirement Security for Everyone campaign is picking up steam. So now’s the time to send a message urging your Member of Parliament to support the campaign’s key reforms in the House of Commons:
- Double Canada Pension Plan (CPP) benefits
- Increase low-income (GIS) pensions by 15%
- Introduce a national pension insurance system

“Retirement Security for Everyone!” is an initiative of the Canadian Labour Congress and its affiliates, which include CUPE.
In addition, a series of campaign training sessions will be held in cities throughout Canada this fall and winter. Stay informed: dates and locations will be announced soon for sessions in Windsor, Sudbury, Toronto, Ottawa, and St. Catharines (Ontario), Brandon and Winnipeg (Manitoba), as well as Edmonton and Calgary (Alberta).
