Toronto Nurses, technicians and other front line health care workers at the Scarborough Hospital (Scarborough Grace and Scarborough General sites) are challenging the provincial governments new normal SARS policy, and the premature lifting of Code Orange procedures at Ontario hospitals.

They will be holding an information rally on Wednesday, June 4, between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. at Scarborough General (3050 Lawrence Avenue East at McCowan) to highlight their concerns, and are calling on the government to re-adopt a strategy of SARS eradication.

CUPE represents more than 40,000 health care workers in Ontario, and more than 150,000 across the country.
