Uxbridge residents worried about the potential loss of emergency services at the Uxbridge Hospital are attending an emergency town hall meeting tomorrow evening.

Residents will be pressing the McGuinty government to keep their community’s hospital open beyond the October 10th provincial election:

WHAT: Community meeting on Uxbridge hospital crisis

WHEN: Wednesday, July 18, 7 PM

WHERE: Uxbridge Arena – Community Centre, 291 Brock Street West, Uxbridge

The meeting is sponsored by the Uxbridge Health Coalition & the Ontario Health Coalition (OHC). The OHC is the broadest public interest group on health care in Ontario.  Its network is strengthened by over 400 grassroots community organizations, including over 50 local health coalitions in communities across the province.
