CUPE election pool winner Morna Ballantyne is auctioning off the prize she won for coming closest to the actual results of the Nov. 27 federal election.

Proceeds from the auction will be donated to the National Anti-Poverty Organization.

Ballantyne, the director of national services at the CUPE national office, was off by only 12 seats. Our pool results page lists how all 150 entrants fared.

If you want to bid for the jacket, send e-mail to mballantyne@cupe.ca, stating how much youre willing to pay.

The union-made, leather-sleeved jackets normally sell for $135 from Cavan Advertising.

The contest closes Jan 2nd, 2001.
