CUPE remains the largest health care union in Saskatchewan, after representation votes that followed the restructuring of regional health authorities in the province.

In a vote held last week, CUPE was selected to represent workers in the authority that covers the southeast part of the province, including Weyburn and Estevan.

CUPE had earlier been certified to represent health care workers in Regina, Yorkton/Melville, Prince Albert and North Battleford/Lloydminster.
