CUPE 4222 has won a disputed school board representation vote, picking up some 230 new members.

While the ballots were actually cast several weeks ago, the outcome of the representation vote at the Thames Valley District School Board was in question because of 10 disputed ballots.

The Labour Board ruled that 8 of the 10 were votes for CUPE, giving us the win by a final count of 240 to 233 for the Ontario Secondary School Teachers Federation.
