NORTH BAY Health care and support workers, represented by Local 146 of the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE), will be joined by CUPE Ontario Secretary-Treasurer Brian OKeefe, in front of the Cassellholme long term care facility on Thursday, May 15th, 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., to protest against nursing layoffs and the firing of one worker who spoke out against the cuts.
