TORONTO Sid Ryan, President of CUPE Ontario, will take his unions message that its time to reinvest and rebuild to a panel discussion tomorrow on maintaining the integrity of Ontarios public services.

The panel, which follows an opening address by Finance Minister Greg Sorbara, is part of the Public Policy Forums session on How Ontario Governs: Government on a Budget. The other panelists are Don Drummond, senior vice-president, TD Bank, and consultant Armine Yalnizyan.

Its time to start rebuilding our communities, not continue tearing them down, Ryan says. We do that with strong public services, in public hands, where there is accessibility, openness and accountability.
