OTTAWA Paul Moist, the national president of the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE), will be in Fredericton tomorrow for the annual convention of CUPEs New Brunswick Division.

Moist will discuss how CUPE, Canadas largest union, rebuilds strong communities by protecting public services from the escalating threat of privatization.
