Paul Moist, national president of the Canadian Union of Public Employees, was part of a crowd of about 100 child care workers and activists who braved -18 C temperatures at a bracing vigil outside 24 Sussex Drive tonight.

Moist and the child care community were hoping that some of the provincial premiers meeting with Prime Minister Stephen Harper for dinner at 24 Sussex Drive would take time to talk to parents, child care workers and children.
