VANCOUVER—Bargaining committees for the three striking locals met independently today to review Foley’s recommendations. There will be no further media comment until after CUPE 15, CUPE 391 and CUPE 1004 representatives have had an opportunity to speak to their members and members have had an opportunity to vote.
