The bargaining team is recommending the four-year deal to their members. While they are withholding details until ratification, they are disclosing that the tentative agreement includes 3 per cent wage increases for each year of the contract, as well as no concessions.

CUPE Local 50 represents workers at the City of Victoria, Victoria Police Board, BCSPCA - Victoria Branch, Gorge Vale Golf Club, Royal Oak Burial Park and the United Way of Greater Victoria.
