(Halifax) Striking Teaching Assistants and Part-Time Instructors at Dalhousie University have reached a tentative agreement with their employer.
The 930 members of CUPE Local 3912 have been on strike since April 23. They will vote on the new deal tomorrow (May 19) at 3:00 pm. The vote will take place at the Dal Student Union Building.
No details are available until after the ratification vote. The union is recommending acceptance of the tentative agreement.
