About 45 members of Local 1897 rally through McCreary, MB Dec. 5, as part of their work stoppage. CUPE National President Paul Moist spent part of the day with the members. While the issue the members are striking for is serious - wage parity - all had a rousing good time.
The strike began Nov. 4, 2005.
