Universities rely on sessional faculty to deliver high-quality post-secondary education to students. Yet in contract negotiations between McMaster University and CUPE 3906, the university refuses to address issues that make it difficult to recruit and retain instructors: low pay, lack of job security, and uncertainty in retirement.
