Workers at the Brantford Public Library, members of CUPE Local 181, have won a collective agreement after more than five weeks on the picket line.

The agreement includes a wage increase of nine per cent over three years and improved language on contracting out. The issue of regular shifts for part-time workers will be sent to arbitration.
