First Nations suffer disproportionately from poor water quality and inadequate water and sewage treatment systems. Irving Leblanc is the special advisor on water for the Assembly of First Nations, and acting director for housing and infrastructure for the assembly. At the Blue Summit, he answered a question on the state of water in First Nations communities from moderator Morna Ballantyne. Hear his analysis here.
