Activists from every sector and from a wide variety of backgrounds are encouraged to register for the CLCs National Aboriginal/Workers of Colour Conference.
Focusing on Social and Economic Transformation, the gathering is slated for November 28 to December 1 in Toronto. In addition to plenary sessions with guest speakers and international guests, delegates will have an opportunity to participate in workshops that explore ways that unions, Aboriginal Peoples and People of Colour can take ownership of the economic and social transformation of our society.
A special call is being made to ensure that delegates are representative of the equity seeking groups within the labour movement.
