Our work in the RCMP Law Enforcement Support-Police Operations Support (LES-PO) group is vital to national public safety and security. Without early pension eligibility, the immense pressure and dangerous stress we face every day leads to burnout, critical staff shortages, and is a direct risk to public safety. We cannot continue like this.
The time to act is now. New legislation is coming—if we’re not included, our workforce and the safety of Canadians are at greater risk.
