Members of local 966 worked hard during the COVID-19 pandemic providing vital front-line services through Public Health, TransHelp, Long Term Care, Public Works, and Human Services to residents from every area of Peel Region.
Workers continue to step up to serve the community in the face of increasing need for these services. CUPE Local 966 workers need an agreement that supports the high-quality public services the residents of Peel Region rely on while recognizing the continued commitment of the professionals who deliver these services.
