At it’s most recent meeting, the NEB approved a revised policy on collective bargaining that sets out a plan to ensure CUPE locals and members are fully prepared to fight back against attacks during bargaining. Organizing Joining a union is the best way to improve your job and the jobs of your co-workers. We want to provide the benefits of union membership to as many workers as possible. Workers have the right to join a union and choose a union to represent them when dealing with their employer. Bringing new members into CUPE is an important part of our work and CUPE staff are available to help workers organize in every province.
