Steward handbook

The purpose of this handbook is to give newly appointed stewards an outline of their duties, where they can turn for advice and the names of CUPE Education Department courses that will help them to be more effective. Black History Month

Every year CUPE honours a Black ancestor, or someone who is making history today. This year we’re honouring Marjorie Villefranche, Executive Director of Maison d’Haïti in Montreal.

Workers' Day of Mourning

The Workers’ Day of Mourning was created by CUPE members more than 40 years ago to remember those who lost their lives on the job and to inspire workers to fight to prevent further tragedies.
