This is an action alleging that the Province of Ontario breached its contractual undertaking to certain employees whose employment was transferred from municipal providers to Community Care Access Centres in or around 1997 and whose pensions were transferred from OMERS to HOOPP. This may affect your rights. The deadline to opt out of this class action suit is March 23, 2015.
