As one of the 9,100 members of the Health Care bargaining unit, we need you to send the Premier, the Minister of Health, and your MLA a message as we prepare to head back to the bargaining table for another day of conciliation: tell them what you do, why it matters, and explain the impact that dire staffing shortages are having on the work you do, the patients you care for, and the quality of the service you provide.

- What impact does your job have on patient care?
