Petition body
Why did management refuse the workers’ offer to return to the bargaining table prior to the deadline? Asking the union to endorse management’s offer without letting them see the actual package is not bargaining. These kinds of tactics and actions reinforce why the workers’ rejected management’s offer twice – because management failed to address the issue of inequality in the workplace. It is important that management return to the bargaining table and resolve the outstanding issues, otherwise it is the very families and their children that the workers’ serve who will be affected by your refusal to address the issues of disparity and inequality at the agency.
