Up for Debate interviews to be released September 21

Up For Debate, an alliance of more than 175 women’s and ally organizations, is putting women’s issues on the agenda in this federal election.

CUPE is a proud member and sponsor of the coalition, which invited federal party leaders to be interviewed on issues facing Canadian women. Tom Mulcair and other leaders responded positively, with only the Conservative leader rejecting the invitation.

On September 21, the coalition will release the responses at a live event in Toronto.
