Fredericton – The New Brunswick Highway Workers’ Union, CUPE Local 1190, will hold a news conference on Tuesday, December 3 at 10:00 am. It will take place at the Fredericton Inn (Salon ‘F’), 1315 Regent St.
The local will be outlining its concerns about planned cuts by the provincial Department of Transportation and Infrastructure to the 2013-2014 Winter Maintenance Program.
Local 1190 will be joined by Local 4848, representing CUPE Paramedics, and Local 1253, representing CUPE school bus drivers.
