A vote for Motion 312 in the House of Commons is scheduled for this Wednesday, Sept 26. The motion is a private member’s motion introduced by Conservative MP Stephen Woodworth. It’s seen as a back-door attempt to allow the re-criminalization of abortion in Canada. The motion calls for reopening the debate on the legal definition of a human being under the criminal code.
