Durham Region and ‘inside’ workers’ union to resume bargaining on Wednesday, June 18

In an effort to reach a settlement and avert a possible service shutdown, Durham Region ‘inside’ municipal workers’ union representatives and management will return to the bargaining table on Wednesday morning, June 18, with the help of a provincial mediator.

The union will not be making any further comments while both parties remain at the bargaining table.
