- Union Tools: The Legal Framework
- Accommodations, Return to Work, etc.
- Reviewing tools available to us

Day 3:
- Daily Opening: Reflection Using Quotes
- Working Through Mental Health Situations: Using our Union Tools
- Transforming Conflict

Day 4:
- Transforming Conflict

Day 5:
- Daily Opening: Self-reflection Activity
- Beyond Bubble Baths: Boundaries, Self-talk, and Self-Care
- Custom 204 Content: Procedures, Forms, Practices, etc.
- Evaluation and Parking Lot
- Closing Activity
