It is a pre-requisite for members who register for this workshop also registers for Part 1 on March 4, 2026.

The Local 2348 Shop Steward Training program is designed to equip union stewards with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to effectively represent and support members in the workplace. Shop stewards serve as the first point of contact for members with workplace concerns and play a key role in protecting workers’ rights under the collective agreement.
