The registration fee including accommodation and meals (Sunday afternoon to Friday noon) is $1,100.00 per person based on shared accommodation.
There are a limited number of single accommodations available at a cost of $1,650.00 (accommodation and meals). A refund will be issued if there is no single accommodation.
Spouse/partner/children:
Participants who wish to bring a spouse/partner or child over 14 years of age must pay for single accommodation for them and an additional meal supplement for a total cost of $2,050.00 ($1,650.00 + $400.00 = $2,050.00).
Participants who wish to bring a child between 3 and 13 years of age must pay for single accommodation for them and an additional meal supplement for a total cost of $1,900.00 ($1,650.00 + $250.00 = $1,900.00).
Please provide the name of your spouse/partner/child online.
Your registration is not final until payment is received. If payment is not received within 7 days, your seat will be released.

There will be no refunds for registration cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice. Please notify us as soon as possible if a member cannot attend, or will be arriving late on Sunday evening.

In response to the health concerns of our members and staff, CUPE has implemented a Scent-Free Policy at all of our workshops. Scented products such as hair spray, perfume and deodorant can trigger reactions such as respiratory distress and headaches. Facilitators and participants are asked to refrain from using scented products while attending our workshops and meetings. Thank you for your cooperation.
