This workshop will interest you if your local is or will be involved in a joint job evaluation program either for pay equity maintenance or for internal equity purposes. It is highly recommended for new joint job evaluation Committee members or alternates. This training workshop will cover various topics such pay equity overview, internal equity, job analysis, job rating, weights, banding, and pay equity job-to-job and proportional value comparison methods.
