The CUPE Community Based Organization Steering Committee, along with CUPE, is pleased to offer ALL CUPE CBO locals (affiliates and non-affiliates) the opportunity to take part in a coordinated sector think tank. The goal is to have locals be able to work with neighbouring locals to create common bargaining language, discuss collective agreement end dates, to focus on strategic bargaining and create a plan for you to take back to your local to prepare for your next round of bargaining. Our long-term goal is to have stronger and common collective agreement language across the province.
As a CUPE CBO local in Saskatchewan, two delegates from your local are invited to attend this three-day session with all expenses, including lost wages, reimbursed as per the CUPE Saskatchewan Division expense policy. This three-day session will include attendance at the open question period of the legislature and a press conference and rally.

In response to the health concerns of our members and staff, CUPE has implemented a Scent-Free Policy at all of our workshops. Scented products such as hair spray, perfume and deodorant can trigger reactions such as respiratory distress and headaches. Facilitators and participants are asked to refrain from using scented products while attending our workshops and meetings. Thank you for your cooperation.
