TORONTO - The presidents of Toronto’s four largest CUPE locals will hold a press conference at Queen’s Park tomorrow (Thursday, February 16) at 11 a.m.
Bruno Silano of CUPE One, Ann Dembinksi, CUPE 79, Brian Cochrane, CUPE 416 and John Weatherup of CUPE 4400 will discuss their members’ concerns with the proposed changes to OMERS, Bill 206.
The presidents will also outline their preparedness for political protest and action aimed at garnering changes to Bill 206 as it stands.
