Kingstons Mayor Harvey Rosen is threatening to privatize city services, calling it part of the overall global process we have adopted.
Programs are being reviewed to see what services and staff can be cut to eliminate the citys budget deficit. But Rosen goes further saying programs can be delivered privately and I think this is something for us to consider.
